Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 7 to 14 working days from your order date. That figure is the whole wait, from the day you order to the day your kit reaches you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are prepaid. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Custom kits

Custom kits are made to order from your photo. They are delivered in the same 7 to 14 working days from your order date.

Your address

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, write to support@punchandcanvas.com within 24 hours of ordering and include your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If your kit arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, write to support@punchandcanvas.com with your order number and a photo. We replace it at no cost.
