Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return a kit.

To be accepted, a returned kit must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and it must have been bought directly from Punch & Canvas.

How to return a kit

Write to support@punchandcanvas.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return instructions.

Returns from the United States come with a prepaid return label. For returns from other countries, the cost of return postage is yours to cover.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it. If it is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the inspection.

Exchanges

To exchange a kit for a different design or size, write to support@punchandcanvas.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If a kit arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo and we replace it at no cost. Minor damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify if the kit inside can be used.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom kits made from your photo, unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.
Gift cards.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. An order that has already shipped, or a custom kit that has gone into production, cannot be canceled.
