How do I join?

Create a free account. Your 200 welcome points are added right away, and every order you place while signed in earns points.

What are points worth?

100 points are worth $1. You earn 5 points per $1 at the first tier, which works out to 5% back, and up to 8 points per $1 at the top tier.

What do points count on?

Points are counted on the amount you pay for products, after discounts. Shipping, taxes and gift cards do not earn points.

How do I move up a tier?

Your first order takes you from First Loop to Steady Puncher. You reach Loop Lover when your total spend passes $300 and Canvas Collector at $500.

How do I use a reward?

Sign in and choose a reward. Money off starts at 500 points for $5. You get a code to enter at checkout.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

Points earned on a refunded order are taken back off your balance.

Can the program change?

Rewards and tiers may change over time. If they do, members are told by email first.
